Unlock and locking Ruleset version via SQL query

Can anyone please advise is there any way to lock or unlock a RSV through SQL query.

When i tried executing below sql query, though the table is updated im not able to see the changes in PRPC portal.

update pr4_rule_ruleset set pyversionsecure='true' pyruleset=' false' and pyrulesetversionid ='01-01-01'
