No Unlocked Rulesets/Versions found that are valid for this record.Unlock atleast one Ruleset/Version that can contain this type of record of this type.
When trying to create a property in the field group(list),i'm getting this error. Can someone please help me out?

Hi Venkatesh,
Can you please check if you have an unlocked ruleset in your application? Inorder to be able to create new rules, you need to have an unlocked ruleset available in your application.
Hope this helps.
PS: I quickly tried at my end by locking the available ruleset and trying to create a property in the case type, got the same error message.

Hi Venkatesh,
go through YourApplication > OpenApplication then you are able to find the ruleset list of your Application then click on UnlockAndSave button.

It is asking a password. where do I find that password. and I tried in the define password section but it says that I don't have enough privileges.please help me out.

Hi Venkatesh,
Go through Your Application>Open Application and then open your ruleset then go through security tab and update the fields in the below screenshot.

Hi Venkatesh,
Can you please check with your team? I guess, the operator with admin privileges must have provided the password before locking the ruleset. You will have to provide the same password to unlock it.
