Ruleset— No unlocked Rulesets/Versions found that are valid for this record

Getting above error from Pega Personal Edition App Studio. I am a newbie to Pega just started following steps to create the Case but ran into this issue.

No unlocked Rulesets/Versions found that are valid for this record

Could you please switch to Dev studio and go to Application rule by clicking on Definition and from the application stack open the ruleset which got created for your current application and check if any ruleset version is unlocked. If not, please unlock the existing one or create a new one.

I see tons of rules which are locked. Am I suppose to delete those? or go inside one by one and unlock it OR delete the rules?

Also Just tried to save the form without modifying anything but its asking to enter the password. Is it the login admin password or something else. Am stuck at initial phase so frustrating.

The application rule which you have attached is the PegaRules. Did you create a new application or creating a new case type directly after installing the personal edition?

Could you please create a new application so that application-specific ruleset will be created and you can use this ruleset for case type creation.

What's the password to unlock the Ruleset? Getting below error when on Submit

Which ruleset are you trying to unlock?

seems like you are trying to unlock the OOTB rulesets. I think it wouldn't work.

Generally, we set password for our application rulesets when we lock them.

Got it. After creating a new application I am all set. Learned quite a few things in the first lesson.

What did you use while creating the application, cosmos or classic? And whatever you did after that.
