No unlocked Ruleset Problem
We installed Pega 7.3.1 on our servers, but we have the following issue when create first new case type on any application:
But when try select (Ruleset) or (Ruleset version), the two lists was empty.
Please advise to solve this issue.

Hi,
Can you create a new unlocked version for the Ruleset (01-01-02) and create the class in that version. Alternatively, create an entirely new RuleSet/version and create the class in that new version.
