Unable to trace an agent in Admin Studio

My Operator has access role PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator but still I am unable to launch tracer on Pega 8.2 Admin Studio.

After selecting the agent and on clicking on trace now option nothing pops up.

It is working fine with [email protected] and I made sure pop-ups are not blocked and my application access-group roles are similar to PRPC:ADMINISTRATORS access-group roles but still, I have issue tracing agent on admin studio.
