We are in the process of upgrading from Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 8.4. I was trying to trace an agent in the admin studio but everytime I trace, it gives an error (attached). I have added all possible roles in the Access Group, I tried both in Chrome & IE but it gives me the same error. My colleagues can trace it at least sometimes but it always throws this error, does anyone know what might be the issue?

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
