heap size - pega 8.4

heap size jvms configuration. can it be larger than 8 GB?

XMS  XMX must have the same amount of memory???

Hi @MoacirS16625173,

Heap size can be larger than 8 GB based on your work load. In general XMS and XMX are not mandatory to be set to same, but it is good to allocate the JVM with required max memory (in this case both will be same). 

You can also reach Hardware estimation team to get better estimation based on your work load (https://docs-previous.pega.com/hardware-sizing-resource-estimate).
