Not able to get Access privileges in Admin studio

We have some access privileges configured in Dev Studio but I am not able to see the access privileges in Admin Studio of Pega version 8.4. Need help in how to get those access privileges.

May I know what the access group is for your operator?

Could you please check pxAdminStudio Added in the Access Group-->Portals tab? If it has not been added, please add it and access the Admin Studio.
