We have migrated our application from 5.5 to 7.2. All functionalities work like a charm however, one functionality doesn't work. That is we are unable to open a workitem from the worklist. This is basically a Listview. Without converting the LV into ReportDefinition is there a possibility that we can open the workitem?

As a final resort we have to change the FixedPortal to CompositePortal. Perhaps this requires creating new harnesses, sections, report definitions and many other rules. Hence looking out for an alternative.

Attempted Solutions:

Changed Harness->Advanced Tab->IE document mode->Other->IE=10
Adding meta tag in pyMetaTag HTML

Nothing helped.
