Unable to Start Pega 8.6 personal Edition.

I have downloaded and installed Pega 8.6 personal edition in my laptop but unable to access the url.when i start the server its taking too long and throwing some error in the logs.i uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but the same issue is happening.

i am attaching the error log i got while starting the server .

 

kindly help me in resolving this
