Unable to Request for Cloud instance as the image is Disabled

Unable to Request for Cloud instance as the image is Disabled.

I am unable to see the button "Request Cloud Instance"

I can only see "Cloud Instance" and no action is performed on clicking the image.

Hi, Sorry to hear that you are having problems. I am not sure that  I fully understand the 'Disabled' comment. Could you please attach  a screenshot.  Cheers Paul
