Unable to get cloud instance to practice exercise

Even after clicking "Request Cloud Instance", cloud is not getting provisioned, tried it around 5 times. The count down starts but it gets stopped after 3 minutes. Due to this, not able to start the exercise system. Can you look into this issue?

Swati,

We did have an issue with the cloud provisioning system but it has been fixed now. Please try again and let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
