unable to login in cloud instance

Hi I am doing Chapter 5 and trying to login to the system as StrategyDesigner@PropositionManagement, however login is not working since a few days. I tried logging on several timeframes and on different days but I am just unable to login. Login is also not working for the previous lessons where I could previously successfully login and complete the exercise. Any tips what's wrong and how can I login?
