Unable to redirect to Cloud instance

When clicked on "open cloud instance" image, it is not redirecting to cloud instance.Please help in this.

Make sure your popup blockers are off. Try a different browser to see if the behavior is different. Also try from outside yoru company, some companies block unrecognized URLS.
