When attempting to complete the Practice What you Learned Exercise, the Request Could Instance icon is not available (according the the Cloud Exercise System Guide it should be a while cloud with a yellow button). Instead there is a grey cloud and a grey button labeled Could Instance. I don't receive any type of error message but have waited over 15 minutes and there is not change to screen. Nor do I receive an email stating the system is ready.

Please advise when the system is available again.
