Unable to perform case search via Case Manager Portal
Hi All,
Can anyone help me with resolving below issue. I have a requirement where after entering the case number in a text box on case manager portal the case should get directly opened if exists. I have tried to use the OOTB activity called Work-.Open but when I'm manually running the activity and supplying the parameter it is searching and showing the case ( I have written an activity to search a case on a click on an Icon) but after trying the same after launching the case manager it is not populating the case.
