Unable to open scheduled report attachment on iphone mail app
Hi,
In iphone's mail app, I can not open an attachment sent by Pega report scheduling. "Tap to download" link is not displayed. However, I can open the same attachment on outlook app. Also, after I forward the email to myself including attachment, I can open the attachment on iphone's mail app as well. The problem is related with the email that Pega sends. Have you experienced this issue before ?

I try to open the attachment on iphone's mail app. But the attachment is displayed like a read only file. There is no "tap to download" link. I can not open it.
