Scheduled a report, showing the status as success but not received mail
I've scheduled a report but not received any mail. I confirmed that the Pega-ScheduledTask WO got created as soon as i scheduled the report. I can also see that the agent has run it and i can see the status as success in n number of attempts/tries. But i haven't received any mail. As there were no errors, i can't find anything in the logs. Everything seems good.
I also thought that the issue might be because of email account, so tried sending the mail manually then it was working fine. I can able to receive the mail. can anyone help me to fix this issue or at least guide me to debug the issue?
