Unable to open cloud intance

Hi,

While trying to access cloud instance (Request Cloud Instance) , the instance is not opening. The wait timer shows up and after 2-3 minutes the page refreshes suddenly. This seems to be happening for the last 2 days. Kindly let me know any probable solution to this. Have tried with different browsers/ cleared cache/ tried with incognito mode /no error message on screen or on the console. Internet speed seems to be fine(around 35 mbps).

Any suggestions on this will be really helpful

Same issue here ..

How can 99.99% fail proof cloud can behave this way for longer period..... Mostly on weekends we get to this issue .. we have time to try something only on weekends and it disappointing..
