Unable to open an Application from Cloud bases Pega 7.1.6 Solution
Hi,
When trying to open the application SAE-HRServices-Data-Candidate from the explorator it does nothing.
The application is never refreshed, and the timer is showing up until I log off or go to another menu.
This application is used in the Systems Architecte Essentials 1 Training, and I am using the cloud link given by the exercise. I ve been testing many times withount any success
Consequently I am unable to go further in the exercies.

Did you access the application through the link as defined in PEGA Academy? If you saved the link and are accessing it that way, try accessing the link from with in PEGA Academy.
Also, you can trying clearing the cache and accessing again or a different browser to see if the behavior is the same.
Do you have pop ups blocked or did you miss a security message where you had to allow Pega 7 to access your system? Clearing the cache will force those messages to show again.

Hi,
I have the same issue in Pega Platform Foundation (7.2).
When I click "Open exercise system" link in PEGA Academy, a new window opens.
It tries to access to "https://paex31-ap.pegacloud.com/prweb/PRServlet/xxxxxxxx...",
but the server does not respond.
I tried to clear the cache, but the situation has not changed.
