Is there any way to reset the passwords or can get the back-end tables updated with the correct information (or) Please help us with the resolution.
Environment:

Did it happen all of sudden or were you configuring some authentication related settings before the system locks out all user?

Capgemini

Hi Jetti - the log snippet appear to show an issue with an 'A*' requestor (a 'Service' Requestor : in this case relating to a File Listener) rather than a 'H*' requestor (a 'HTTP (browser)' Requestor).
But may the two are inter-related.
You mentioned this :
//
Not sure whether any of the developer changed any setting in requestor type
//
Is something that could have happened you think ?
You might want to consider logging an SR for this....

Marty Solomon reported Bug-208976 before, which caused him could not login the PRPC at all, but in that case he was trying to configure the system so the number of login sessions per operator can be limited.

If you do end up raising an SR, please let us know and tell us what the SR number is. When SRs are raised from discussions, we want to associate the two as additional reference for clarification.
There's no need to rehash questions if they've already been discussed here right?
Oh, and thanks for giving me a topic to write about in this week's update
Thanks.
B.

Are you using any custom authentication methods here ? (LDAP server or something?)
Do you get anything in the logs ?
It seems odd that all users should suddenly blocked: unless the authentication process is 'outsourced' to another system (usually LDAP) - which perhaps is not running or unreachable ?

From Rohith:
We have upgraded that same environment to the higher version & we didn't see this type of issue, in the latest version pega 716.
