Is this your locally installed PRPC set up? if yes, is it an enterprise or personal edition?

If none of the available users passwords are working, we will have to take RAP for the operator who's password is known from the working environment and import into the non working through prpc utils command line utility if any of the user credentials having access to designer studio are known, can login and import the same. (note: As the passwords are encrypted and stored in the database, we can't update those from the back end).

Please let us know which url you are trying to login ad what credentials you are using.

If you are tying to login it locally, the login credentials will be different. In that you will need to login with [email protected] as username and install as passowrd
