@SAIPRASHANTHV The /PRAuth part of the URL points to an SSO auth service. You should use that for your main operator id (the same email as your pega.com account).
To use non-SSO operators, please remove the /PRAuth from the URL and sign on using the username and password you set in the Operator ID record. I find it helpful to use a normal browser session for my main development connection and then incognito for the test operators.
using the above link to relogin But it is stil showing the same issue
just to remind u I have been using PrAuth from the first in my mashups to login with operators because after removing prauth the login with sso is not visible but when I’m testing my site using mashups login with sso is available.
after I used google sso something might messed up.

@SAIPRASHANTHV I was able to log in with a user using the link you provided above. The user I used has "External authentication" unchecked, and used the password set in the operator id record. Can you sign on to the system with your test operator (without mashup) using that link?
If you are able to log into the test user with the link above (non-mashup), I would suggest adding a new question specifically about Mashup to get the attention of someone who has more experience on that topic.
