Update Clipboard Value Another Operators Using Activity or Data Transform
Hi All, right now I'm trying to create an activity to edit the clipboard value that is owned by another operator who is currently logged in, but I'm getting a problem where the value is updated in my tracer but when checked on the operator that has the clipboard it's not updated. is there methods or documents that can be obtained and studied?. operators who are logged in to Pega, like the image I attached but using an activity or data transform, is there a best practice that I can use?
