Unable to launch the manager/user portal in Pega V7.1.9
Hi,
I get the below exception when I launch the manager/user portal in Pega v7.1.9
** Exception thrown by "com.pegarules.generated.pega_uiengine_pzskinfua.pzSkinMethodBody"
The manager/user portals launches when I launch from the default [email protected], but when I create a sample application and launch with Administrator@TestApp.com I get the error and portal does not launch.
Could some one help me launch the portals please ?

Hi Rashmi,
Do you see any error in UI related to ImageIO? Share us the Pega rules log.
Can you check whether there are any roles missed to the new operator's access group that is generated with that of OOTB.

Could you share the tracer or log file?
I am not facing any such problem. Also, you could go to your temporary directory and from generated java folder, delete the rule
"com.pegarules.generated.pega_uiengine_pzskinfua.pzSkinMethodBody"
may be this is a caching issue and deleting will recreat it.
