How to configure which page/space should be opened when a manager/user is processing cases

We are using a composite portal to show the webpage, or what the user sees when processing cases. We have a menu bar on top and I would like to have the "my Work" page open on default instead of the dashboard that opens up now. How can I make this happen?

 

I know that there are properties like pyStartPage ("the page to show on start") but I don't know where these would be set.

Also, it seems like in a lot of the resources on PDN and in the help documents the Portal Rule is described as having many tabs, including a spaces tab where a default space can be listed. This would obviously solve my problem, however my Portal Rules only have the Details and History tab. This could be something new in an upgrade, however it seems like it wouldn't be this hard now to set the default space. 

 

Any ideas?
