White Space Issue -While opening a case
Hi All,
While opening a case we are encountering the white space,We are migrating from 7.15 to 8.2
White space is because of noID Harness is getting called
PFA for reference

Hello,
I couldn't see much on your screen shot. Have you tried tracing when opening the case? Is it just with old cases or even new ones?
