How to refresh a case Screen with latest information when case is open by User and case is updated by job scheduler.
How to refresh a case Screen with latest information when case is open by User and case is updated by job scheduler. On refresh instead going back to WL and open the assignment, want to refresh the current screen and want to see the latest case information.

I think you might get the locking issue when the case is open by an operator during the jobscheduler updating the case data. Jobscheduler also requires the lock it it want to update the case.

You can go for optimistic case locking instead of default. So that when case information got updated by some other source, when user tries to submit the screen automatically, they will get warning and when they click on refresh button latest date will get loaded into case.
This all are pega OOTB features, you don't want to provide any customization.

@DebanjanS Try using notification channel. It will automatically update the screen. From wherever updation is happening you just need to publish a notification with the key of the instance and from wherever you want see the updated data, you need to configure the layout to listen to this notification channel using the same key.
