Changing Prefix while creating a case through Job Scheduler
Hi,'
I am creating a case through Activity, by default the case prefix is taking as "C".
I want to change the prefix to another name how do I change it, could anyone help me with the issue?

@Mamatha Adiraju please check below url for reference. If you want to change prefix permanently, you can do it in application rule. If you want to do it dynamically, you can do it in pyDefault data transform.

Go to Application Definition Rule -> Case and Data tab -> Change the desired case prefix for your case.
If you're changing the case prefix dynamically based on your case context, then you can leverage pyDefault Datatransform

Please check the Cases & Data tab of the Application Definition rule. Else you can also change it in General present in Settings tab of the case type. Also you can add the prefix in the pyDefault Data Transform of the case type.
