Case Management-One case type need to be created manually as well as through Job scheduler
Hello All, I have one requirement, currently we are on pega 8.8.
We have one case type defined with 4 stages with different process in each stage. The case can be created manually by the analyst or the case can also be created by job scheduler(manual case and automatic case creation)
So here my requirement is when analyst create a case manually, the process start from 1st stage that is create(initialize) stage at the same time
When case created through job scheduler, the case should start from 2 nd stage(means when user open the case which is created by agent should start from 2nd stage)
Is there any suggestions to achieve this functionality

@VeerendraC There is no skip stage option in the initialize stage, Please apply inBatchRequestor when condition in intilize stage steps and use change stage utility to jump Stage 2
