How to change OOTB popup warning when the user tries to reopen a case which is already open
We have a requirement to change the messages in OOTB popup warning when the user tries to reopen a case which is already open.
We were able to change the last two lines of the warning message which has associated field values but were unable to change the first two which displays the link and the application name which appears by default with popup warnings.
But our requirement states us to remove the first two lines.
Please suggest a solution!

Hi I believe you wouldn't be able to change the first two lines as they were present in compositePortalConflict rule which is final .
You would be able to change the second two lines in pyMessageLabel • Would you like to reopen the item and lose any unsaved changes .fieldvalue
