unable to create pyWorkPage during case open
Hi, all
Suddenly, the following message has appeared and pyWorkpage is unable to be created when cases open.
Yesterday, no issue and pyWorkPage was created during case open...

Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'ADD' that applies to '@baseclass'. There were 7 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 7 rules named 'ADD' defined in the rulebase are: 7 related to applies-to class '@baseclass', but were defined on subclasses: {Pega-DM-DDF-Work, Work-, Work-Cover-, Log-Connect-Error, Rule-Obj-Class}.

Hello,
Looks like the system is search @baseclass level instead of Work- I guess. Can you share your tracer output or verify if the pages are still having expected classes?

Compared to staging environment and developing environment, there are the same "add" activities related to the appropriate classes...so any activities are not deleted..

Check the page context in which you are calling the activity. Looks like it is not called in the context in which the activity is available.
