Unable to create WorkBasket and WorkGroup by Activity
Hi, all
Thank you for your help as always..
I am required to create WorkBasket and WorkGroup automatically by Activity.
I tried to use "CreateWorkBasket" to create WorkBasket, but it was failed.... this is because the name I input is not existed...but I need to create new WorkBasket, so it is natural the name does not exist...
May I have advice? please see attachment.
Plus, I tried to use "pxCreateNewTeam" to create Work group, but I could not create new one.

Hi,
To create a work group we need work basket and vice versa. Your activity is creating work group with work basket which is not there. So provide default workbasket for work group creation and vice versa. Next create a work basket .
In next step you need to change the work basket name from default to your work basket.
Better customise the createworkgroup activity with couple of steps you can create it easily.

What Pega version are you using? I just checked my 8.3.2 system and was able to create a work queue using the pxCreateWorkQueue activity.

It's not because of that step. In the activity CreateWorkBasket, in Step 1, if that step fails then only in steps it's creating work basket. Could you please check after step 4 is it saving into Database.
