So your pyUserIdentifier should be the operator id and not the email address.

Also if the purpose is just to check if operator id exist, then better to do it via Obj-Browse rather than opening the whole record with Obj-Open.

If your intention is to check if the operator already exists and create a operator if not , you can create an activity with Obj-browse as below

Add a jump condition with Operators.pxResults == 0 continue or else to a fail step / exit activity.

Then in step 2 call OOTB => CreateOperator Activity to create operator which takes Org, div, unit, userid, password, username as parameters. Pass this parameters which will create operator.

You can use obj-open/obj-browse in the activity to check if the operator already exists.And we can do error handling accordingly(If the operator exists then exit the activity and if not create a operator using ootb activity create operator).If you are getting "Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Admin-Operator-ID", pyUserIdentifier = "[email protected]" " this error means that the mentioned operator([email protected]) doesn't exists.
