Case Get Open While Run Activity Using Obj-Browse And Obj-Open
Hi,
Frequently I used to update some cases using Bulk update activity.
When I create this activity, In Obj-Browse I pass only one case Id for pyID = C-123
for updating Case C-123.
Now I looped over browsed page, Obj-open, Page-New, set property on newly created page, do obj-save, commit, page remove. exit activity.
While I run this activity, and trace, suddenly in one window get pops out, which opens C-123,
Can someone tell why this happened?
which step we need to add in our activity so that window that pops out and open that case will not appear.

@AbhishekC1725Ideally with the steps which you have written should not be opening the case but as somehow it seems to be doing it can you try to make the activity type as Utility on the security tab of that activity and check the behavior.

@BhanuPrakash_G I gave activity type = utility, but still getting same behavior. Sorry I missed to write Obj-Open in my question comment let me update it.

Does Obj Open and Page New have different Page context?, because ideally you don't need to do Page-New unless you want to add a new record to the table. If the requirement is only to update, disable the Page-New.
All the steps in your loop should be in the same Page context.
