Obj-Browse logic not working

I have written an Obj-Browse method. Find the screenshot attached. According to the logic, it should return cases which have pyStatusWork starting with "Resolved". Instead it returns the cases which do not start with "Resolved". Please help.

Can you run Tracer when executing the activity? Enable the DB Query event type in Tracer and review the query being generated.
