pyWorkPage not visible in clipbaord even though the case is open.
Hi All,
Recently we migrated our application from Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 8. Even though there is no code change as of now when the case is open, I am not able to see pyWorkPage in clipboard after selecting that particular thread (pyID). In tracer as well, pyWorkPage can be seen but not in the clipboard.
This is working fine in Pega 7 environment.
What could be the possible reasons for this?

Hi,
I've never run into this myself, but a few of things I'd check:
Is the work object data present, but just on a page of a different name?
You mentioned you see pyWorkPage in the tracer. Do you see any Page-Removes or Page-Renames occurring on that page?
Do the other top level pages look like they relate to the work object, such as newAssignPage, etc?

Is the clipboard launched from Designer Studio footer or is it being launched from any other portal, if so can you mention what is the portal?
