Pega Archival - Cases are not getting archived even though the retention policy is met
Hi All,
Recently, we have enabled the archival for a case type with 7 days retention period.
Day 1 onwards, the cases are getting archived with 10000 per day. Ideally we have around 15k cases for that case type in total with resolved cases. Within two days, around 13k cases are archived. But, still we can see cases resolved around 1.5 years before are not archived. I have checked the log for the archival as well. I can see that the for that case type, the archival job is not picking any cases in the last two days even though there are qualified cases around 1k in the pega database.
It would be really helpful if any one have any view on this issue.

@Vaisakh.V.A Di you resolve this issue ? If yes , let us know how ?
We are facing similar issue, where a particular case type is not being picked up by Pega Archiver Job, although the Retention Policy is rightly updated and there are qualified cases in Pega DB.
