Unable to create Circumstance Template rule
When I try to create a new Circumstance Template rule, am not seeing any tabs like "Template", "Definitions", "Pages and classes". Is this is a product issue? I have attached the screenshot. We are using PEGA 7.1.8.I have tried in IE and Chrome browsers.

Hi,
There is no error/exception in the logs.
I could see the below error message from Tracer which is nothing but we need to enter a property in "Templates" tab, but the tab itself is not getting displayed.
"pyNewResults.pyPropertyList(1).pyCircumPropName (Embed-Circumstance-PropertyList)Template-MustBeProperty."
All I could see is that the section rule "RuleFormLayout" (which is loaded for every rule) is getting called from @baseclass instead of the class "Rule-Circumstance-Template".

I am not aware of this issue in Pega 7.1.8.
On my Pega 7.1.8 system, I just created a circumstance template. It was created successfully. See below snapshot.
Can you run tracer and see where it fails? Also is there any error / exception in the PegaRules log?
