creating and uploading a pdf template

Hi,I have one requirement

I have to produce some values to the pdf template from clipboard.

First I have to crate a pdf template in the required format .

 

How to create a pdf template in my the required format,and then how to upload it to pega.

Please explain me the process

1) create a section rule in the format you want to prepare in PDF file

2) You can use Pega OOTB activity generatePDF and provide markup and pdf name

  or

3) you can use create PDF smart shape
