How to Create PDF from a Word Template Rule

We have one reauirements to generate PDF file from a word template rule without user interaction action using a back end activity.Please suggest how we can solve the problem.

Hi,I have one requirement

I have to produce some values to the pdf template from clipboard.

First I have to crate a pdf template in the required format .

 

How to create a pdf template in my the required format,and then how to upload it to pega.

Please explain me the process
