What is the correct AppliesTo class for creating the circumstance template in the exercise for the circumstancing lesson? I can enter Rule-Circumstance-Template (although it's not available in the selection list), but then the fields I need to create the template are not available on the next screen. So I tried SAE-HRServices-Work-BenefitsEnrollment (which makes more sense to me), but then there were no rulesets available to choose from, so I could not create the template.
