how to refactor a circumstance done on class

I have a refactor a circumstanced class (say currently circumstanced as .firstname = test to .lastname = test

 

How do i achieve that - any comment on this would really be helpful

You can save as the rule into the new ruleset version by specializing by circumstance. And you can delete/withdraw the old rule.
