Unable to authenticate priya: No such Rule-Application instance: AccountO 01.01.01

I tried creating a new application for practicing. After creating the application class structure, i tried to edit it since i need to change the names. I tried to change the Built on Application name. Also I clicked on lock the application by mistake. The page got stuck and i kept getting the message " Ajax call failed ". I closed the designer studio and tried to login with my credentials. But it is throwing the error - Unable to authenticate priya: No such Rule-Application instance: AccountO 01.01.01.

I am not able to login now. Can someone pls help me in this since i had all my POCs that i had been practicing.

Try login with administrator/install and change the default access group for your operator. Looks like something wrong with the access group/application that is newly created.
