Unable to edit delegated rule
Hello everyone!
We need to delegate rules to some AG and have different versions of edited delegated rules. Old versions must be locked, so users must have opportunity to work in new unlocked versions. Delegation must be done only once for the first version.
We've tried several scenarios but none of them really works. Users are unable to check-out rules. Take a look at "Steps to reproduce" block.

Steps to Reproduce
Scenario 1:
1) Create production ruleset, one unlocked version 01-01-01, check-out is disabled
2) Decision table is copied to this ruleset version and delegated to AG
