Rule Delegation -Personal

Hello,

When i try to to delegate a rule to some particular operator in 7.1.9/7.2.2 i don't see the personal option , i see only Accessgroup .Can some one help me to understand is that option removed which we used to have in the previous versions.

On my Pega 7.2 system, I can see the personal option. See attached snapshot. 

Open the rule form and select Actions -> Add to Favorites menu on the toolbar. In the "Add to" drop down, I can see "My Personal", "My Access Group", "Other Access Groups" and "Other User Personal" options. 

Which type of rule you are going to delegate? Can you share a screenshot?
