OOTB Delegate rules Unable to close
Hello Pega Community,
We have a requirement to delegate data type. After delegating data type, we are unable to close and get back to dashboard. Not sure how to add close or cancel for the harness "pzDelegatedRules". We trying to use OOTB functionality and dont want to customize.

Hi Saritha,
Couldn't understand your issue clearly, if your intention is to delegate a Data Type from Actions > Delegate menu item then its delegating properly and the popup window is getting closed on click of submit. If you are talking about the Configuration menu display in the Case Manager portal, then we are calling close then removeScreenLayoutMask script if you see in the pyCaseManagerLinks. Can you please share the screen shots from you are trying to delete the data type rule and whats the problem you are facing?

Hello Mahesh,
Thank you for responding. Issue is not with delegating data types. So here is what's happening.
I was successfully able to delegate the data type, user can also update delete records all the actions can be performed. Once he completes his tasks adding or deleting we are unable to go back to home or perform any other action. User has to completely log off and log back in to work further.

That looks to be strange behavior, can you please confirm the Pega Version so that we can cross check its behavior in house. Also, are you using the OOTB way of delegating the data type to access group using Actions > Delegate option then try to update/delete records in the delegated data type from Configuration menu item.

Hello Mahesh,
I am delegating rules using actions - delegate option and functionality is working perfect. Only issue is closing.
We are Pega 7.2.2 and FW we are using is CRM. we think this close or cancel is missing because of the CRM framework.

Hi Sarita,
Seems the issue could be due to the Framework. Could you check if the markup for the close there in the DOM or not? like how the close icon you see for the other harness/WorkItems.
Could be a css issue so please check if markup is there or not.
