I am using Customer Service 7.1.4 on Pega 7.1.9. I have delegated several survey rules and quality review survey rule types so that manager can edit the survey without involvement of IT. When a manager accesses these rules via My Rules, the system displays a "Modal" window and brings up the rule form but there is no horizonal or vertical scroll bar displayed. Also, the maximize on the browser window is disabled.
