Horizontal scroll bar appears in skin rule in 7.2T
I am experience the following behaviour in our Pega 7.2 environment:
In some UI rules (particularly the skin rule) I horizontal scroll bar is appearing when it is not needed. This results in the action buttons being pushed off the screen.
I have seen this behaviour in IE and in Chrome.

Work area is a separate container, if you dont want to see horizontal scroll you can minimize left panel

It seems that the application has been migrated from PRPC 6. Check for the custom styles in the DOM if it is overriding the default css.

This would have to be something that is overriding the workform_pzdesignerstudio.css file, which is created by the pzDesignerStudio skin? This is a new installation there shouldn't be any custom css present. I wasn't able to locate where in the DOM the issue was.

Could you please verify the browser zoom settings. If it is set to 100% then ideally the horizontal scrollbar should not come. However, if it is >=125%, then we could see the horizontal scrollbar.
Also, do check if there are any zoom related css in UserWorkForm.
