Transfer Information to Service Case Type

Hi,

I am on the SAE solution Build Exercise of System Architect Essentials 7.3/7.4 and need help at a particular step to transfer the data from Assistant Request case to Service Case

Could you please advise on the steps?

Not able to find data propagation option in the settings tab

In order to find the propagation option you will need to open the Case Designer for the Assistance Request.  On the Settings tab you will notice you will be able to copy properties from the Assistance Request parent to the Service child case.
